I always come back to this place. The staff found and returned my documents when I left them behind. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, handicap parking, 24-hour reception, 24-hour security, poolside snack bar. I'm coming back for another trip.

We had a blast exploring the Pu Luong Nature Reserve, with its epic rice fields and forest vibes. The market was also dope, meeting up with villagers and getting our hands on fresh agricultural products. Plus, the concierge service and free WiFi kept us connected and helped us plan our adventures in Ninh Binh.
The only thing we wished for was a sick party scene at the hotel. It would have been awesome to have some late-night events or a happening bar where we could turn up and meet other young travelers.

The hotel was super cool, and the staff was mad professional. We had a sick time exploring Pu Luong Nature Reserve and its crazy terraced rice fields. The tour desk hooked us up with some epic adventures in parts of Ninh Binh that most people miss. Plus, the free WiFi was clutch for posting all our sick pics!
The only thing we wished for was more lit party vibes at the hotel. It would have been dope if they had some sick parties or events for us young party animals.

Its location in Ninh Binh was peaceful and great, close enough to an alley off the main road through Tam Coc town and the Mua caves. There were large beds and a fireplace, central heating, and a work desk in the suite.

In our suite there was a gorgeous view of mountain. The hotel employees were incredibly welcoming and exceptional. Tam Coc Bich Dong was so close to the venue, thoroughly enjoyed its location to famous Ninh Binh mountains...

The view from the King Suite was amazing. The interior design highlights regional crafts, such as embroidery and pottery. The food was delicious and carefully prepared. The hotel had scooter rentals and offered embroidery classes, making the experience enjoyable and convenient.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Great value for money with spacious, clean and comfortable rooms that had a superb design and attention to detail. The staff were friendly, accommodating and made sure we had vegan breakfast options. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town with easy access to cafes, restaurants, shops and travel agencies.
The breakfast selection could have been better, but there are plenty of surrounding restaurants to choose from instead.

The views were stunning and we loved the handcrafted details in the room. the omelettes for breakfast were delicious and the pool had a nice shaded area which was perfect for relaxing. the hotel was conveniently located near local restaurants and attractions.
The maintenance of the hotel wasn't up to par as we experienced water leakage during heavy rain and inconsistent hot water during our shower. the language barrier with some staff made communication difficult and there was no option for a nice coffee in the morning.

This hotel is a hidden gem tucked away down a peaceful lane in the heart of the city. The attention to detail in the design and decor is impressive, making for a visually stunning stay. The rooms are spacious, offering equally huge baths with breathtaking views of the surrounding karsts. The staff are friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it's a delicious start to the day!
No issues, everything was spot on.

The hotel had a beautiful garden and an outdoor pool, which was perfect for enjoying the sunny weather during our romantic getaway. The staff was kind and attentive to our needs, and they even offered us bicycles to explore the town. We appreciated the fact that the hotel was located close to the main road, making it easy for us to get around.
Our room wasn't as comfortable as we had hoped. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, and the air conditioning was very loud.
